Protection and Healing from Radiation Poisoning, Neurotoxins, Bacteria and Viruses.

With the earthquake in New Zealand, followed by the earthquake in Japan, it is clear that you have entered a more complex phase of the Chaotic Node.
We wish to impart a method for protection and healing from radiation poisoning as well as other physical conditions. We call this Medicines of Light.
This is obviously related to current events unfolding in Japan, however, as future earth changes unfold, you may face similar challenges in your near future from other locations around the world.
This method will assist you to both protect and heal yourself from exposure, not only to radioactivity, but also to neurotoxins and to mutating forms of bacteria and viruses. From our perspective you can expect to see an increase of these in your near timeline.
The method involves connecting to your Celestial Soul, the BA. This action is to connect to the realms of light that are a part of your being.
Everything that exists in your cosmos can be viewed as a qualification or energetic expression of light—even your densest forms of matter are essentially a form of light.
In this method you connect to your Celestial Soul, holding the intent and expectation that it will impart to you an energetic that protects and/or heals you. You send this intent to your Celestial Soul with the emotional vibration of appreciation or gratitude. This is simply the vibrational resonance that activates this higher aspect of your being.
Once you send this intent conjoined with appreciation or gratitude to your BA, you shift your awareness into your heart chakra, receiving the energetic of healing or protection into the heart chakra. You might experience this energetic as a form of light, or as geometric patterns, or you may feel the sensation of a descent of energy. You may also experience this energetic simply as a thought/feeling.
Once the energetic is received in the heart chakra, it is ready to send.
For this phase you will need some pure water, since water holds this type of information extremely well. Holding a container of water in your hands, through intent, you send this energy that is in the heart chakra down the arms into the hands and through the chakras that are in the center of each palm. The energetic enters the water through this pathway.
We suggest you amplify this energetic by repeating the procedure three times, for a total of three times—two more times in addition to the first. You then drink the water. The water permeates the water element of your body, and the healing and protective qualities eventually enter every cell.
Through this action you are qualifying light, causing it to descend through the central pathway of your body into your heart and sending it into the water element. The consciousness of the water receives this energetic, and when you drink it, the body receives it.
If you find yourself in a situation where you have been exposed to radioactivity you would engage this procedure as we have described it, qualifying the energy that descends from the BA to protect and heal you from any possibility of radiation poisoning. If you have other means to protect yourself, you should obviously engage these as well, but even if you are left with nothing but the tools of your own consciousness, you can protect and heal yourself.
If you have been exposed to neurotoxins you would do the same. If you are in the midst of an epidemic that involves bacterial or viral infections, we advise you to do the same.
As you collectively enter more deeply into this more complex and intense phase of the Chaotic Node, bacteria and viruses will mutate faster. This method will allow you to protect and heal yourself from these mutating life forms.
It is important to understand that you are creating the protection and healing through the powers of your own consciousness. You have direct access to your own light realms. You have the sovereign right to engage the light realms on your own behalf and on the behalf of your loved ones.
If you find yourself in one of these difficult situations we have described, we suggest you take the Medicine of Light—which is the water that you have charged—several times a day, as your intuition guides you.
The physical ramifications of the earthquake activity in Japan and the resulting tsunami are very difficult to deal with. But we wish to shift our attention from the physical to the mental, emotional, and spiritual effects created by such a disaster,
Due to the fact that you are in a Chaotic Node and energies from deep space conjoined with solar flare activity are affecting your energy bodies, you, as a collective, are more affected. What we mean by this is that witnessing the suffering of your fellow humans shatters the heart. There is a recognition that their predicament could easily be yours. This recognition can create an opening in your heart, and it is through the heart—your heart—that higher states of consciousness are realized, and so the earthquake in Japan is, in many ways, an earthquake of the collective heart.
The times before you are not easy. From our perspective, increased earth changes are upon you. But one result of such events is that you are shaken to your roots and the mass hypnosis pauses for a moment. And in such utter and surrealistic devastation, many of you see very clearly that your civilization rests on tenuous grounds. We mean this both literally and figuratively.
And so our advice for this phase of the Chaotic Node is to learn and master the ability to create Medicines of Light for yourself, so that when the time arises, you know how to engage this power of protection and healing that you possess in your very nature. And we suggest you navigate through these times not only with your minds, but with your hearts—and let your hearts be touched, for it is through your hearts that you will ascend the spiral pathway to your own greatness.

Addendum
What we mean by pure water…
We have suggested using water for creating Medicines of Light since water holds this type of information extremely well. By “pure water” we simply mean clean water. It does not matter what type of water it is. You can even use tap water.
If there is no pure water available…
For rare instances when you do not have access to drinkable water, you follow the procedure we have described previously, but instead of sending the energetic of protection and/or healing from the heart chakra down your arms into you hands and into water, you send the energetic of protection and/or healing from your heart chakra directly into the water that comprises your body. In other words, you do not need any external water at all. Since your body is mostly water, it will receive the Medicine of Light and work with it in similar ways as if you had taken a drink of charged water.
We suggest, however, charging water whenever possible, because this external ritual of intent is the most powerful way to create Medicines of Light for most persons. Since most humans are familiar with taking medicine in a pill or liquid form, this ritual of drinking charged water impresses the subconscious mind and activates deeper levels of your self-healing abilities.
If your only drinking water is radioactive…
Should you find yourself in a situation where the only water source available to you for drinking has been contaminated with radioactivity, and you are forced to drink it in order to survive, we would suggest following two simple steps.
First step: Charge the water with protection and healing from radiation poisoning (before you drink it) just as you would do for creating a Medicine of Light. Drink this water for survival, in as small amounts as possible, knowing it has been charged with protection and healing from radiation poisoning through your own intent.
Second step: Now create a Medicine of Light without water (as we described above) for protection and/or healing from radiation poisoning. With this second step you are charging the waters of your body directly. Think of this second step as a form of energetic insurance.
This step uses the water in your body as the water that is charged. So to be clear: after treating the water you need for survival and drinking it, you send the energetic of protection and/or healing from your heart chakra directly into the water that comprises your body. You are not using any external water for this step. Since your body is mostly water, it will receive the Medicine of Light and work with it in similar ways as if you had taken a drink of charged water.
Throughout the day, whenever you drink water, engage the two steps above until there is no suspicion of radioactive contamination.
We do realize that in such dire circumstances it may be very difficult to transcend the emotions of paranoia and fear, but this is what you must do just for the short time you are charging the water. Remember, no matter what your external situation may be, your Celestial Soul (your Higher Self) resides in the light realms and always brings with it a peace that passes all understanding. In that island of peace, even in the midst of great difficulties, you can find a passage to the emotional states of appreciation and/or gratitude (which activates your Celestial Soul). This is the vibratory realm from which all Medicines of Light are created—regardless of their form.
Tom’s Thoughts and Observations
I have been channeling the Hathors for about twenty years now and started posting their Planetary Messages in February of 2003. And in all that time I have never sensed in them such an urgency to post one of their communications. Usually, I am given several days to dwell on and contemplate their messages before writing my comments. But that luxury does not exist in this moment. They have asked Judi and me to post this particular message as soon as possible, and so I will make my comments brief and to the point.
The central message here is that all human beings have the ability to create what the Hathors call Medicines of Light. And this type of medicine has an inherent capability and potential to protect and heal us not only from radioactive poisoning, but also from the effects of neurotoxins, as well as bacterial and viral infections.
The method is simple and to the point. Since some of you reading this may be new to the whole idea of a Celestial Soul (or BA), let me clarify its location and how to engage it. The BA, or Celestial Soul, is an aspect of your own consciousness that is outside the constraints of time and space. Some of you might refer to the Celestial Soul as the Higher Self. But whatever you call it, your Celestial Soul exists in what the Hathors call the light realms, and this aspect of you is engaged whenever you send it appreciation or gratitude.
Your BA does not have a location in time and space since it is transcendent to both.
But it does have an entry point to your energy field, which is about arm’s distance above your head. If you were to raise your hands over your head and touch your fingertips together, your fingers would be in the vicinity of this entry point. And this is where you place your attention in the first phase of their method for creating a Medicine of Light. (Do note that placing of your hands above your head is only for orientation purposes. You do not actually put your hands over your head when creating the Medicines of Light).
Once you place your awareness in the area of your BA point, you hold in your mind the qualification of light you wish to receive. Let’s say, for example, that you have been, or will be, exposed to dangerous forms of radioactivity and are in danger of radiation poisoning. After focusing your attention on your BA point above your head, hold the intent that the energy that descends from your BA will be an energetic of healing and/or protection from radiation poisoning.
You then send the feeling of appreciation or gratitude upward from your heart chakra to the BA point above your head—as you hold the intent or qualification that the energetic imparted to you from your BA will protect and/or heal you from radiation poisoning.
Next you shift your attention from your BA point to your heart chakra (in the center of your chest beneath the sternum) and then wait to receive the energetic of protection and healing from your BA.
Those of you new to this may need to send the intent or qualification along with the feeling of appreciation or gratitude to your BA several times before you notice a response. But just keep sending this intention joined with the feeling of appreciation or gratitude upward to your BA until you feel a descent of energy. When you feel the descent of energy from your Celestial Soul, shift your awareness to your heart chakra. Allow your heart center to receive this energetic of protection and healing.
You then place your hands around or over a container of pure water and send this energetic received from your Celestial Soul into the water. The energetic of healing and/or protection that has entered your heart center will move down your arms and into the water through the two chakras that are in the center of the palm of each hand.
Repeat this process for a total of three times. Then drink the water.
If you are in a precarious situation, the Hathors advise that you create a Medicine of Light several times a day and drink it according to your intuition.
As the Hathors point out, Medicines of Light have many more applications than just protection and healing from radiation poisoning. You can use these to protect and/or heal yourself from neurotoxins, as well as bacterial and viral infections. Although they did not mention it, I asked the Hathors after they gave this message if the method would work for other physical challenges such as cancer. And they said that Medicines of Light could most definitely be created in the same way to deal with this type of situation—as well as others.
Obviously, if you are dealing with a serious situation such as radiation poisoning, exposure to neurotoxins, and/or epidemics of bacterial and viral infections, you will want to avail yourself of all medical remedies. In other words, this method is not meant to replace medical or public health solutions, but is meant to be an adjunct, something you can do yourself—for yourself.
After giving their message, I asked the Hathors about making Medicines of Light for those who are unable to do it for themselves, like children and pets. They said that you would use the same method, except for the fact that you would qualify the intent for the child or animal you are going to give the Medicine to. For example, if you were creating a Medicine of Light to protect or heal yourself from radiation poisoning, you would send the thought that the energetic you are going to receive from your Celestial Soul is for your own personal protection or healing. If you were going to do this for a child or a pet, you would send the thought that the energetic you are going to receive from your Celestial Soul is for the protection or healing of the being you are going to give the Medicine to, i.e. your child or your pet.
It is here that I would like to interject something. It is far better to teach someone how to create a Medicine of Light than to create a dependency. The ability to create Medicines of Light is an inherent ability in all human beings. It is part of our multidimensional legacy. And to empower someone to do this for him or her self is a service to his or her mastery.
I would personally hate to see this method being used by “healers” to create Medicines of Light for others under the guise that they have some special powers that others do not. This method for creating Medicines of Light is a human birthright, and my feeling is that it should be shared with all persons.
There is much that I would like to share about this simple method for creating Medicines of Light, but philosophical and metaphysical observations will have to wait for another time.
The Hathors are insistent that we post this information and circulate it as quickly as is possible.

わたしはハトホルたちを二十年以上チャネルしてきて、2003年2月からウェブで紹介しています。しかし、今回のようにメッセージを緊急でお伝え する必要性というものを彼らから感じとったことはありません。通常はメッセージを受け取ってからこのような感想を書くまで数日は寝かせておくのです。しか し今回そのような猶予は許されないと感じました。彼らはわたしとジュディに他のどれでもないこのメッセージを一刻も早く発表するよう頼みました。ですか ら、今回の感想は簡潔にしたいと思います。

If you find yourself in one of these difficult situations we have described, we suggest you take the Medicine of Light—which is the water that you have charged—several times a day, as your intuition guides you.
The physical ramifications of the earthquake activity in Japan and the resulting tsunami are very difficult to deal with. But we wish to shift our attention from the physical to the mental, emotional, and spiritual effects created by such a disaster,
Due to the fact that you are in a Chaotic Node and energies from deep space conjoined with solar flare activity are affecting your energy bodies, you, as a collective, are more affected. What we mean by this is that witnessing the suffering of your fellow humans shatters the heart. There is a recognition that their predicament could easily be yours. This recognition can create an opening in your heart, and it is through the heart—your heart—that higher states of consciousness are realized, and so the earthquake in Japan is, in many ways, an earthquake of the collective heart.
The times before you are not easy. From our perspective, increased earth changes are upon you. But one result of such events is that you are shaken to your roots and the mass hypnosis pauses for a moment. And in such utter and surrealistic devastation, many of you see very clearly that your civilization rests on tenuous grounds. We mean this both literally and figuratively.
And so our advice for this phase of the Chaotic Node is to learn and master the ability to create Medicines of Light for yourself, so that when the time arises, you know how to engage this power of protection and healing that you possess in your very nature. And we suggest you navigate through these times not only with your minds, but with your hearts—and let your hearts be touched, for it is through your hearts that you will ascend the spiral pathway to your own greatness.

Addendum
What we mean by pure water…
We have suggested using water for creating Medicines of Light since water holds this type of information extremely well. By “pure water” we simply mean clean water. It does not matter what type of water it is. You can even use tap water.
If there is no pure water available…
For rare instances when you do not have access to drinkable water, you follow the procedure we have described previously, but instead of sending the energetic of protection and/or healing from the heart chakra down your arms into you hands and into water, you send the energetic of protection and/or healing from your heart chakra directly into the water that comprises your body. In other words, you do not need any external water at all. Since your body is mostly water, it will receive the Medicine of Light and work with it in similar ways as if you had taken a drink of charged water.
We suggest, however, charging water whenever possible, because this external ritual of intent is the most powerful way to create Medicines of Light for most persons. Since most humans are familiar with taking medicine in a pill or liquid form, this ritual of drinking charged water impresses the subconscious mind and activates deeper levels of your self-healing abilities.
If your only drinking water is radioactive…
Should you find yourself in a situation where the only water source available to you for drinking has been contaminated with radioactivity, and you are forced to drink it in order to survive, we would suggest following two simple steps.
First step: Charge the water with protection and healing from radiation poisoning (before you drink it) just as you would do for creating a Medicine of Light. Drink this water for survival, in as small amounts as possible, knowing it has been charged with protection and healing from radiation poisoning through your own intent.
Second step: Now create a Medicine of Light without water (as we described above) for protection and/or healing from radiation poisoning. With this second step you are charging the waters of your body directly. Think of this second step as a form of energetic insurance.
This step uses the water in your body as the water that is charged. So to be clear: after treating the water you need for survival and drinking it, you send the energetic of protection and/or healing from your heart chakra directly into the water that comprises your body. You are not using any external water for this step. Since your body is mostly water, it will receive the Medicine of Light and work with it in similar ways as if you had taken a drink of charged water.
Throughout the day, whenever you drink water, engage the two steps above until there is no suspicion of radioactive contamination.
We do realize that in such dire circumstances it may be very difficult to transcend the emotions of paranoia and fear, but this is what you must do just for the short time you are charging the water. Remember, no matter what your external situation may be, your Celestial Soul (your Higher Self) resides in the light realms and always brings with it a peace that passes all understanding. In that island of peace, even in the midst of great difficulties, you can find a passage to the emotional states of appreciation and/or gratitude (which activates your Celestial Soul). This is the vibratory realm from which all Medicines of Light are created—regardless of their form.
Tom’s Thoughts and Observations
I have been channeling the Hathors for about twenty years now and started posting their Planetary Messages in February of 2003. And in all that time I have never sensed in them such an urgency to post one of their communications. Usually, I am given several days to dwell on and contemplate their messages before writing my comments. But that luxury does not exist in this moment. They have asked Judi and me to post this particular message as soon as possible, and so I will make my comments brief and to the point.
The central message here is that all human beings have the ability to create what the Hathors call Medicines of Light. And this type of medicine has an inherent capability and potential to protect and heal us not only from radioactive poisoning, but also from the effects of neurotoxins, as well as bacterial and viral infections.
The method is simple and to the point. Since some of you reading this may be new to the whole idea of a Celestial Soul (or BA), let me clarify its location and how to engage it. The BA, or Celestial Soul, is an aspect of your own consciousness that is outside the constraints of time and space. Some of you might refer to the Celestial Soul as the Higher Self. But whatever you call it, your Celestial Soul exists in what the Hathors call the light realms, and this aspect of you is engaged whenever you send it appreciation or gratitude.
Your BA does not have a location in time and space since it is transcendent to both.
But it does have an entry point to your energy field, which is about arm’s distance above your head. If you were to raise your hands over your head and touch your fingertips together, your fingers would be in the vicinity of this entry point. And this is where you place your attention in the first phase of their method for creating a Medicine of Light. (Do note that placing of your hands above your head is only for orientation purposes. You do not actually put your hands over your head when creating the Medicines of Light).
Once you place your awareness in the area of your BA point, you hold in your mind the qualification of light you wish to receive. Let’s say, for example, that you have been, or will be, exposed to dangerous forms of radioactivity and are in danger of radiation poisoning. After focusing your attention on your BA point above your head, hold the intent that the energy that descends from your BA will be an energetic of healing and/or protection from radiation poisoning.
You then send the feeling of appreciation or gratitude upward from your heart chakra to the BA point above your head—as you hold the intent or qualification that the energetic imparted to you from your BA will protect and/or heal you from radiation poisoning.
Next you shift your attention from your BA point to your heart chakra (in the center of your chest beneath the sternum) and then wait to receive the energetic of protection and healing from your BA.
Those of you new to this may need to send the intent or qualification along with the feeling of appreciation or gratitude to your BA several times before you notice a response. But just keep sending this intention joined with the feeling of appreciation or gratitude upward to your BA until you feel a descent of energy. When you feel the descent of energy from your Celestial Soul, shift your awareness to your heart chakra. Allow your heart center to receive this energetic of protection and healing.
You then place your hands around or over a container of pure water and send this energetic received from your Celestial Soul into the water. The energetic of healing and/or protection that has entered your heart center will move down your arms and into the water through the two chakras that are in the center of the palm of each hand.
Repeat this process for a total of three times. Then drink the water.
If you are in a precarious situation, the Hathors advise that you create a Medicine of Light several times a day and drink it according to your intuition.
As the Hathors point out, Medicines of Light have many more applications than just protection and healing from radiation poisoning. You can use these to protect and/or heal yourself from neurotoxins, as well as bacterial and viral infections. Although they did not mention it, I asked the Hathors after they gave this message if the method would work for other physical challenges such as cancer. And they said that Medicines of Light could most definitely be created in the same way to deal with this type of situation—as well as others.
Obviously, if you are dealing with a serious situation such as radiation poisoning, exposure to neurotoxins, and/or epidemics of bacterial and viral infections, you will want to avail yourself of all medical remedies. In other words, this method is not meant to replace medical or public health solutions, but is meant to be an adjunct, something you can do yourself—for yourself.
After giving their message, I asked the Hathors about making Medicines of Light for those who are unable to do it for themselves, like children and pets. They said that you would use the same method, except for the fact that you would qualify the intent for the child or animal you are going to give the Medicine to. For example, if you were creating a Medicine of Light to protect or heal yourself from radiation poisoning, you would send the thought that the energetic you are going to receive from your Celestial Soul is for your own personal protection or healing. If you were going to do this for a child or a pet, you would send the thought that the energetic you are going to receive from your Celestial Soul is for the protection or healing of the being you are going to give the Medicine to, i.e. your child or your pet.
It is here that I would like to interject something. It is far better to teach someone how to create a Medicine of Light than to create a dependency. The ability to create Medicines of Light is an inherent ability in all human beings. It is part of our multidimensional legacy. And to empower someone to do this for him or her self is a service to his or her mastery.
I would personally hate to see this method being used by “healers” to create Medicines of Light for others under the guise that they have some special powers that others do not. This method for creating Medicines of Light is a human birthright, and my feeling is that it should be shared with all persons.
There is much that I would like to share about this simple method for creating Medicines of Light, but philosophical and metaphysical observations will have to wait for another time.
The Hathors are insistent that we post this information and circulate it as quickly as is possible.

Well, it’s the end of a crazy “we have to hurry up to slow down” year. If you think this year was weird, wait until 2010. For this month’s message, I am going to share with you some insight into what I am being told is coming up in 2010 and how to prepare for it.
The first six months of 2010 are going to be relatively quiet. That means things are going to progress as they have been; some delays in manifesting, some sudden manifestations but all the while an increase in spiritual abilities and confidence in who we are as spiritual human beings. Most of the increasing spiritual connections will be unrecognizable until the latter half of the year when we will be more actively relying on them. I say it will be “relatively quiet” because it is relative to what happens to you. As a whole, many will continue to watch as things happen across the state or the world. But if you are the one that is in the town that a tornado hits or city that floods or area that is without electricity, you will not agree that it was a relatively quiet period as your life is primarily affected.
During these first six months, we would suggest that you concentrate on your spiritual connections. Spend time discerning where you are receiving information from. If you are still talking to the same Angels that you were years ago, there should have been a change by now. And if you are consciously ascending, your source of guidance will constantly be changing with each step you reach as you will be able to reach higher spiritual realms. (We suggest in your connecting prayer to add that you are calling forth “the highest” of whomever it is you are requesting to connect to. By doing so, if you have reached a new level, you will automatically reach up to get even higher guidance than before.) If you are receiving any incorrect answers, check and double-check yourself to see what happened. Perhaps, it was in the way you asked the question. Did you ask a question in a way that would allow two different outcomes? You must be clear when you ask Spirit questions so they can get you a clear answer. Perhaps it was the energy you were in at the time you asked the question. Think about what you were doing when you asked the question. Are you having trouble receiving an answer or knowing if you got one? You could tell Spirit to give your answers in such a clear way that you cannot miss them. Then remember to pay attention.
Walk like the spiritual human being you are. Invite Spirit in to every aspect of your life. When something happens in your daily life, turn to Spirit first before trying to logically come up with an answer. Use your healing abilities, even for little things like bruises. Notice how long the bruise takes to go away when you heal it vs. when you don’t. Teach your children how to heal themselves. When my children would hurt each other, I would make them sit in the bedroom to heal whatever they hurt on the other child. They would laugh at me (and each other) but both of them came out of the bedroom without bumps, cuts or bruises. My children never heard that they couldn’t do it so it was easier and we made it to be like a game. Everyone has this ability to some extent. Yes, everyone. You don’t need to know a specific healing procedure; you just have to believe you can do it. How will you know if you don’t try? Our suggestion is to practice now; it may come in handy later in the year.
The suggestion is to use this final resting period to hone your spiritual abilities. We are warming up our spiritual muscles so that when we call on them later, they will know what to do without much effort. For in the latter six months, when things get turned upside down…literally in some places, it can make it more difficult to hear from Spirit because of several things; Earth’s energy disruptions, emotions and confidence level of the person trying to spiritually connect. Take care of the things you can control now. Your emotions are something you can start working on. Here’s a recent example about me. My husband is a deputy sheriff and every day I have known that I need to be complete with him every single time he walks out that door in uniform. (Actually, I do this with every person, regardless of their age, job, etc.) He has a dangerous job. Sometimes even by just giving someone a traffic ticket he can stumble upon a terrorist or a felon that doesn’t want to go back to jail, who would think nothing of murdering him. So when I heard that in Washington this week four officers were murdered in a coffee shop, if I was walking as just a human being, that would upset me and make me more clingy to my husband and I would be praying all kinds of protection over him.
However, I am not a human being. I am a spiritual human being. I am aware of what happened and am following the crime in the news. But it has not moved me emotionally. From the many times I have talked with Souls who have crossed over; some murdered, some suicides, most through natural deaths, not one Soul has ever complained to me that there was a mistake and they shouldn’t be there. I believe what I have been told and shown by Spirit that we choose our deaths… that we choose the way and the date and time we die. So there is no reason for me to get upset at choices being made on the Earthplane. I could get upset and emotional and worry that the amount of officers being killed in the line of duty are increasing every year. Then that would bring my energy down closer to the Earthplane and lower my spiritual connection. What good does that serve? Does my worry help those who are crossed over or their families? No. Will it prevent my husband from leaving on his choice of date and time? No. Does it serve the people who I help in private sessions to be less spiritually connected? No. Worry is entirely a waste of time in every situation. If something is going to happen, it will happen whether you worry about it or not. But most things that we worry about never happen at all. Just think back in your own life about the things that you have worried about. How many of those things actually came to pass? From where we are in the timeline of Earth’s Ascension, it is best for us to be carrying the highest spiritual energy that we can for as much of each day as we can.
So if something happens to the town you grew up in or your neighbor down the street, or even a family member as a spiritual human being, it is best that you stay in your highest energy and respect each Soul’s choices. We can do so much more for this world we live in by staying in our strength, *light* and power.
The other thing you can control is your confidence level. How do you get confidence in your spiritual abilities? Use them! Try different things. If you are used to only receiving feelings instead of hearing things; ask to hear. And then listen! If you have never healed anything or anyone, try it! Be open that at this time, everything is possible if only you believe. Many people are now spontaneously opening up new abilities.
For the latter half of 2010, you will see massive amounts of changes on the Earth. If you are not capable of maintaining a spiritual balance by then, it will be hard to find your footing. We are going to have to watch as Earth is changing to adjust to the 5th Dimensional energy and as such there will be earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, etc. Because of Soul choices, there will also be an increase in worldwide terror attacks, some taking place in the USA. Most have been averted in the USA but this will not be the case in the coming year.
Another suggestion is that if you always take a vacation at a certain time of year, and that happens to be in the last six months of 2010, pray about it before you make your plans. Make sure your Angels want you to go wherever you are going. Make sure you will be able to get to wherever you want to go. Don’t just assume that because every year in the past you have done something that this year will be the same. For many, this is the year that changes everything. With your strong spiritual connection, you will be in the right place at the right time. Someone is asking the question, “What if they go on their vacation and they weren’t supposed to be there and they died?” That won’t happen. No death is unplanned. You would be saved somehow, some way if it was not your time to cross over. But you might be physically hurt for the rest of your life and have to deal with that when it wasn’t necessary.
We are carrying more of our Soul than at any other time in the history of the three cycles of Earth. With that, we are more responsible with what we do with our lives. Be the spiritual human being you came to be. Connect daily to Spirit in whatever way you choose. Utilize those spiritual muscles. See what kind of spiritual connection works best for you. Test yourself in emotional situations, see how to be calm and not be moved by what you see, hear or know. We are stronger and can help others more if we walk as spiritual human beings. We will then be in the right place at the right time to serve and help Souls who make those other choices. I believe we are walking into the most amazing time in our history. It’s not going to be easy but with the tools, knowledge and understanding we have been given, we will make it through this Ascension and the Earth will be a better place for all.

Well, it’s the end of a crazy “we have to hurry up to slow down” year. If you think this year was weird, wait until 2010. For this month’s message, I am going to share with you some insight into what I am being told is coming up in 2010 and how to prepare for it.
The first six months of 2010 are going to be relatively quiet. That means things are going to progress as they have been; some delays in manifesting, some sudden manifestations but all the while an increase in spiritual abilities and confidence in who we are as spiritual human beings. Most of the increasing spiritual connections will be unrecognizable until the latter half of the year when we will be more actively relying on them. I say it will be “relatively quiet” because it is relative to what happens to you. As a whole, many will continue to watch as things happen across the state or the world. But if you are the one that is in the town that a tornado hits or city that floods or area that is without electricity, you will not agree that it was a relatively quiet period as your life is primarily affected.
During these first six months, we would suggest that you concentrate on your spiritual connections. Spend time discerning where you are receiving information from. If you are still talking to the same Angels that you were years ago, there should have been a change by now. And if you are consciously ascending, your source of guidance will constantly be changing with each step you reach as you will be able to reach higher spiritual realms. (We suggest in your connecting prayer to add that you are calling forth “the highest” of whomever it is you are requesting to connect to. By doing so, if you have reached a new level, you will automatically reach up to get even higher guidance than before.) If you are receiving any incorrect answers, check and double-check yourself to see what happened. Perhaps, it was in the way you asked the question. Did you ask a question in a way that would allow two different outcomes? You must be clear when you ask Spirit questions so they can get you a clear answer. Perhaps it was the energy you were in at the time you asked the question. Think about what you were doing when you asked the question. Are you having trouble receiving an answer or knowing if you got one? You could tell Spirit to give your answers in such a clear way that you cannot miss them. Then remember to pay attention.
Walk like the spiritual human being you are. Invite Spirit in to every aspect of your life. When something happens in your daily life, turn to Spirit first before trying to logically come up with an answer. Use your healing abilities, even for little things like bruises. Notice how long the bruise takes to go away when you heal it vs. when you don’t. Teach your children how to heal themselves. When my children would hurt each other, I would make them sit in the bedroom to heal whatever they hurt on the other child. They would laugh at me (and each other) but both of them came out of the bedroom without bumps, cuts or bruises. My children never heard that they couldn’t do it so it was easier and we made it to be like a game. Everyone has this ability to some extent. Yes, everyone. You don’t need to know a specific healing procedure; you just have to believe you can do it. How will you know if you don’t try? Our suggestion is to practice now; it may come in handy later in the year.
The suggestion is to use this final resting period to hone your spiritual abilities. We are warming up our spiritual muscles so that when we call on them later, they will know what to do without much effort. For in the latter six months, when things get turned upside down…literally in some places, it can make it more difficult to hear from Spirit because of several things; Earth’s energy disruptions, emotions and confidence level of the person trying to spiritually connect. Take care of the things you can control now. Your emotions are something you can start working on. Here’s a recent example about me. My husband is a deputy sheriff and every day I have known that I need to be complete with him every single time he walks out that door in uniform. (Actually, I do this with every person, regardless of their age, job, etc.) He has a dangerous job. Sometimes even by just giving someone a traffic ticket he can stumble upon a terrorist or a felon that doesn’t want to go back to jail, who would think nothing of murdering him. So when I heard that in Washington this week four officers were murdered in a coffee shop, if I was walking as just a human being, that would upset me and make me more clingy to my husband and I would be praying all kinds of protection over him.
However, I am not a human being. I am a spiritual human being. I am aware of what happened and am following the crime in the news. But it has not moved me emotionally. From the many times I have talked with Souls who have crossed over; some murdered, some suicides, most through natural deaths, not one Soul has ever complained to me that there was a mistake and they shouldn’t be there. I believe what I have been told and shown by Spirit that we choose our deaths… that we choose the way and the date and time we die. So there is no reason for me to get upset at choices being made on the Earthplane. I could get upset and emotional and worry that the amount of officers being killed in the line of duty are increasing every year. Then that would bring my energy down closer to the Earthplane and lower my spiritual connection. What good does that serve? Does my worry help those who are crossed over or their families? No. Will it prevent my husband from leaving on his choice of date and time? No. Does it serve the people who I help in private sessions to be less spiritually connected? No. Worry is entirely a waste of time in every situation. If something is going to happen, it will happen whether you worry about it or not. But most things that we worry about never happen at all. Just think back in your own life about the things that you have worried about. How many of those things actually came to pass? From where we are in the timeline of Earth’s Ascension, it is best for us to be carrying the highest spiritual energy that we can for as much of each day as we can.
So if something happens to the town you grew up in or your neighbor down the street, or even a family member as a spiritual human being, it is best that you stay in your highest energy and respect each Soul’s choices. We can do so much more for this world we live in by staying in our strength, *light* and power.
The other thing you can control is your confidence level. How do you get confidence in your spiritual abilities? Use them! Try different things. If you are used to only receiving feelings instead of hearing things; ask to hear. And then listen! If you have never healed anything or anyone, try it! Be open that at this time, everything is possible if only you believe. Many people are now spontaneously opening up new abilities.
For the latter half of 2010, you will see massive amounts of changes on the Earth. If you are not capable of maintaining a spiritual balance by then, it will be hard to find your footing. We are going to have to watch as Earth is changing to adjust to the 5th Dimensional energy and as such there will be earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, etc. Because of Soul choices, there will also be an increase in worldwide terror attacks, some taking place in the USA. Most have been averted in the USA but this will not be the case in the coming year.
Another suggestion is that if you always take a vacation at a certain time of year, and that happens to be in the last six months of 2010, pray about it before you make your plans. Make sure your Angels want you to go wherever you are going. Make sure you will be able to get to wherever you want to go. Don’t just assume that because every year in the past you have done something that this year will be the same. For many, this is the year that changes everything. With your strong spiritual connection, you will be in the right place at the right time. Someone is asking the question, “What if they go on their vacation and they weren’t supposed to be there and they died?” That won’t happen. No death is unplanned. You would be saved somehow, some way if it was not your time to cross over. But you might be physically hurt for the rest of your life and have to deal with that when it wasn’t necessary.
We are carrying more of our Soul than at any other time in the history of the three cycles of Earth. With that, we are more responsible with what we do with our lives. Be the spiritual human being you came to be. Connect daily to Spirit in whatever way you choose. Utilize those spiritual muscles. See what kind of spiritual connection works best for you. Test yourself in emotional situations, see how to be calm and not be moved by what you see, hear or know. We are stronger and can help others more if we walk as spiritual human beings. We will then be in the right place at the right time to serve and help Souls who make those other choices. I believe we are walking into the most amazing time in our history. It’s not going to be easy but with the tools, knowledge and understanding we have been given, we will make it through this Ascension and the Earth will be a better place for all.

Incarnated Angels and Starpeople (by Doreen Virtue)

People have come from all over the universe to live upon earth. In my private psychic counseling practice, I've been able to get to know many people whose origins are not of this earth. I've learned that there are many incarnated extraterrestrials (ETs), angels, and walk-ins upon the planet right now.
The first time I worked with an incarnated ET—what I call a "star person," I was startled. She defied all of my stereotypes about extraterrestrials. She looked a lot like an ordinary person (although there are some subtle, but key physical distinctions among star people, that I've listed below). Yet, until I psychically discerned that she was working with a spacecraft, I had no clue that she wasn't from the earth.
When I told my client that I was seeing her working and traveling on a large spacecraft, she readily agreed. She, unlike some of my subsequent star person clients, was very aware of her originations. Since working with this first star person, I've had the opportunity to work with a dozen more and I found some interesting patterns among them:
1.Star people have eyes that are shaped like crescents with the bars pointing down, such as on a letter "n."
Think of Bette Midler's eyes, and you've got the picture. Most incarnated star people have small bones, and are thin and short in stature. They tend to have very plain facial features, and most of them dress very casually. They have auras with stripes pointing away from the body, with the colorings of rainbows.
2.Their life purposes are to "help as needed."
They don't usually have a specific life purpose, but instead, they've agreed to help whomever needs help. So, they frequently have ordinary jobs where they can reach a lot of people through their encouraging words and uplifting attitudes.
3.They have very little tolerance for dishonesty and violence.
They came from planets where these traits are nonexistent, so they do not know how to cope with humans who are inauthentic, manipulative, or violent. Because of this lack of "coping skills" with common earth problems, incarnated ETs are often mislabeled with psychiatric disorders, including attention deficit disorder (ADD).
4.Because their planets have different customs about family life, childbirth, reproduction, and sex, many star people don't contract to have earthly marriages or children.
They feel out-of-sync with the typical American romantic images, because this isn't their style. In addition, they know that family life would interfere with the lightwork that they contracted to do during their lifetime. Very often, female star persons fall in love with a much-younger man, who is a soul mate from their star group.
5. Star people know, deep down, that they aren't from the earth.
They often spend their lives feeling like they don't fit-in or belong here. One star person said, "I've always had this sense that I was dropped off here, on this planet, and I've been waiting for someone to return and take me home." Such feelings bring up issues of abandonment for star people.
The other people whom I've gotten to know in my private practice is the incarnated angels. They, too, have distinguishing characteristics:
1. Incarnated angels have "sweet" facial features, usually with a heart-shaped face and childlike features.
2. They have a history of "codependent" relationships, because of their predisposition to giving and nurturing others. They also can see the best in everyone, so they often stay in abusive relationships longer than the average person would tolerate.
3. Incarnated angels often have histories of compulsive overeating, or other addictions. This is especially true for angels who are disconnected from their spirituality.
4. They are natural healers and helpers, and often have healing professions such as nursing, massage therapy, social work, or teaching. Strangers pour out their hearts to them, and often say, "I don't know why I'm telling you such private things about myself. There's just something about you that I feel I can trust."
5. Incarnated angels are very generous people who sometimes have difficulty in receiving. Consequently, they can manifest lack in their lives by blocking the flow of money, love, energy, and other natural resources, from coming into their lives.
Both groups — the star people and incarnated angels — are highly intuitive. Yet, they often have difficulty trusting their intuition. Partially, this comes from years of trying to adapt to earth life. After all, the customs here are so foreign to their natural inclinations, that star people and incarnated angels eventually learn to discount their inner feelings.
If you wonder whether you belong to either one of these groups, then your inner guidance can tell you more. Before you go to sleep, say this affirmation to your higher self and spiritual group: "Please give me a dream with clear messages about my origin, that I will easily remember upon awakening." You might also write this phrase on some paper and place it under your pillow. When your subconscious is emotionally prepared, you will have a vivid lucid dream that will help you to understand more about yourself. Star people and incarnated angels have many gifts to give to the world, including love, light, and lessons. My prayer is that, if you are among these groups, you will allow yourself to enjoy your time on this planet. I hope that you will open your heart to receiving the gifts that earth and her population can give to you, too.

こうして最初のスターピープルと接して以来、多くのスターピープルにセッション行なう機会がありましたが、私はスターピープルに共通する、いくつか興味深いパターンを発見しました。
1. スターピープルの目は、アルファベットの "ｎ" のような、目尻が下がった三日月形です。
ベット・ミドラーの目、といえばわかりやすいでしょうか。人間の姿に生まれ変ったスターピープルは、骨格がきゃしゃで、痩せ型で、背の低い人が多く、目鼻立ちはきわめて平凡で、服装は地味でカジュアルです。スターピープルのオーラは虹色で、体から外側に向けて放射状に広がっています。
2. スターピープルの人生の目的は「必要に応じて助ける」ことです。
スターピープルは、ある特定の使命を持っているわけではなく、必要に応じて、誰に対しても支援の手を差し伸べることに合意して地球に来ています。ですから、ごく普通の仕事に就いていて、そこで出会った人たちなどに励ましの言葉をかけたり、元気づけるような行動をとります。
3. 不誠実さや暴力には耐えられません。
スターピープルは、不誠実さや暴力といった類いのものは存在しない惑星から来ているので、不誠実であったり、人を巧みに操ったり、暴力をふるったりする人々には、どのように対処すればよいのかわかりません。
地球ではよくあるそうした問題に対して、彼らは対処する能力が足りないために、人間の姿に生まれ変ったＥＴ（異星人）は、注意力欠如障害（ＡＤＤ）や、精神障害という誤ったレッテルを貼られることがあります。
4. 彼らの惑星では、家庭生活、出産、繁殖、セックスに関する習慣が地球と異なるので、多くのスターピープルは、いわゆる地球でいう「結婚」をしたり、子供を持つことはありません。
アメリカ人が抱くロマンチックで典型的な恋愛像は、しっくりこないと感じています。それは自分たちのライフスタイルではないからです。また、家庭生活は、現世での自分の使命と決めているライトワーク（訳注：スピリチュアルな方法で人や地球を助けること）の障害になりかねないことも知っています。ただ、スターピープルの女性は、同じ星群から来たソウルメイトである、ずっと年下の男性と恋に落ちることがよくあります。
5. スターピープルは、自分が地球の人間でないことを、心の奥底で知っています。
スターピープルは、自分が地球の生活に溶け込めないとか、浮いているという感じを抱いて人生を過ごすことがよくあります。あるスターピープル曰く、「私は、この惑星（地球）に落とされた、という感覚をいつも抱いていて、誰かが私を故郷に連れ戻してくれるのを待っているのです」。このようなスターピープルは、自分は捨てられたという感情を常に抱えています。
また、私がプライベートセッションで知った人には、人間の姿に生まれ変った天使がいました。その人たちにも、明らかな特徴があります。
1. 生まれ変わった天使は、顔立ちが「優しく」、顔がハート形で、子供のような顔をしています。
2. 生まれ変わった天使は、与えたり、人の世話をしたりすることに傾倒しやすいため、誰かと「共依存的」な関係に陥りやすい傾向があります。また、すべての人のなかに長所をみつけることができるので、虐待を受けるような関係にあっても、一般的な人が耐えられる以上に、長くその状態に甘んじてしまうことがよくあります。
3. 生まれ変わった天使は、過食症や依存症を経験することもよくあります。とくに、自分がスピリチュアルな存在（霊的実在）であることを忘れてしまっている場合に、その傾向が顕著です。
4. 生まれ変わった天使は、生まれながらのヒーラーであり、ヘルパー（人を助ける存在）で、看護士やマッサージ療法師や、ソーシャルワーカーや、教育者など、癒しの専門家になることがよくあります。
初対面の人も、人間の姿に生まれ変った天使には心を打ち明け、「なぜこんな個人的なことまであなたに話すのか自分でもわからないのだけど、あなたには信頼できるものがあるの」と言うことがよくあります。
5. 生まれ変わった天使は、本当に惜しみなく与える人ですが、受け取ることを心苦しく思う場合があります。その結果、お金や、愛や、エネルギーなどや、本来、自然に手に入る豊かさの流れが自分の人生に流れ込んでくるのをせき止めてしまい、「欠乏」を生み出してしまうことがあります。
スターピープルも、天使の生まれ変わりも、優れた直観力を備えています。にもかかわらず、その直観を信じないことがあります。これは、ある程度、長い年月にわたって地球生活になじもうとした努力の結果といえます。しかし結局のところ、地球の習慣は、彼らの生まれ持った素質とかけ離れているので、スターピープルも、天使の生まれ変わりも、ついには、自分の感情を軽視してしまいがちになるのです。
もしあなたが、どちらかのグループに属しているのではないかと考えるなら、内なる声がさらに語ってくるでしょう。眠る前に、あなたのハイヤーセルフと魂のグループに対して、次のようなアファメーションを唱えましょう。
「私がどこから来たのか、はっきりわかるメッセージを、夢のなかで与えてください。そして、朝起きたときに、その内容を簡単に思い出せますように」
このアファメーションを紙に書いて、枕の下に置いてもよいでしょう。潜在意識の準備ができたとき、あなたは鮮明で、はっきりした夢を見て、自分を理解するためのアドバイスを得るでしょう。
スターピープルも、生まれ変わった天使も、愛や、光や、教えなど、この世で役立つさまざまな能力を持っています。もしあなたが、スターピープルや、生まれ変わった天使なら、あなたがこの地球で過ごすひとときを楽しめるよう、私は祈ります。そしてまた、地球とそこに住む人々から与えられる贈り物を、あなたが心を開いて、遠慮なく受け取ってくれることを願います。
